On Monday, USD 407 celebrated students from all four buildings who were recognized for continually displaying the character trait for January- perseverance. Perseverance is pushing yourself to work through challenges and obstacles. The celebration included a pizza luncheon and a game of this or that at Simpson Elementary School. Fun was had by all! The character trait for February is honesty.

All Singing Valentines will be delivered on Wednesday, February 14th between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM in Russell. Payment must be received by 4:00 PM on Monday, February 12th in the RHS Office.

RHS will host a financial aid workshop on January 22, 2024, from 4:30 to 6:30 in the Student Services Center (across from the office). This is a come-and-go event aimed at assisting you in completing your student's 2024-2025 FAFSA. I strongly encourage all to attend, even if you have completed a FAFSA before because this process has changed from previous years. A representative from the Central Kansas Educational Opportunity Center will be here to provide guidance.
Before you attend, both the student and parent will need to register for their FSA ID. This is how you log in and sign and submit the FAFSA. You will not be able to complete the FAFSA if this is not done. Please see the following two links for additional information on completing this process:
