RHS Receives America’s Farmers Grow Rural Education Grant

Russell High School was awarded a $10,000 grant through America's Farmers Grow Rural Education, a program that helps farmers support their local rural public school districts. This grant is being used to implement the Small World Initiative program, an exciting, research-based and innovation program in microbiology from Yale University.  Through this program, students in Eric Beckman's biology classes will practice microbiology and gain skills in STEM applications to become college, career and workforce ready.
