The district is seeking bids from qualified roofing contractors to repair and restore the roof transition area where the flat roof addition connects to the original building structure. The intent of this project is to eliminate active and potential water infiltration, restore waterproof integrity, and provide a long-term roofing solution at the transition/joint area. Bids are due and will be opened on July 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the District Office. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with "SES ROOFING REPAIR" clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Electronic bid submissions will not be accepted. The Board of Education will take action on the bids at the July 13, 2026 meeting.
