Russell County USD 407

Due to Covid-19, and the restrictions of health and wellness, changes are being made to the 2020 Driver’s Education class. The new schedule will take place if we are able to phase out of the State’s Re-Opening plan and into an educational life more standard in our experience.

June 15 – June 26; 8:00 – 12:00 pm Classroom (RMS Cafeteria) – You are required to have perfect attendance

June 29 – July 17 Driving (This portion will ONLY happen if the State of Kansas’s Re-Opening is phased out; ie: masks not recommended, and less than 6’ proximity recommended)

The cost of Driver’s Ed is $202.  Half of the tuition ($101) is due by June 8, covering the classroom portion.  The second half of the tuition ($101) is due June 26, covering the driving practice.

As a reminder, NO STUDENT may participate unless they are 14 on or before JUNE 1, 2020.

If you have any questions, contact Mr. Windle at dwindle@usd407.org.
