USD 407 and Fort Hays State University is expanding our partnership from teachers and leaders to the Foster Grandparents programming for the 2019-2020 school year. The Foster Grandparent Program at FHSU is a proven tradition that brings community members over 55 years of age into our schools as meaningful partners in raising our youth.
The program has been providing services to schools and communities for more than 20 years, partnering in schools is a high priority as both youth and volunteers seek the relationships that can make a difference!
If you are about 55 years of age and have 15 hours per week that you’d like to dedicate to relationships and service, then the Foster Grandparents Program is for you!
