USD 407 Board of Education has declared a 2005 Ford Taurus SE – 4 door sedan with 98,549 miles as surplus property with disposal of the property going to the highest bidder.  Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Board Clerk at 802 N. Main Street, Russell, KS  67665 by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on July 30, 2018. The exterior of the envelope should be clearly marked as 2005 Ford Taurus Bid.  Electronic bids will not be accepted.

Details: V-6, 3.0 liter engine, automatic transmission, AC, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, power steering, tilt wheel, am/fm stereo, cassette, dual air bags, steel wheels, burgundy color

This vehicle will not pass inspection – repairs needed:

  • 4 new tires needed
  • dash cluster is not working (no speedometer, AC, radio, etc.) (note a fuse)
