CERTIFIED POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Applicants must hold or be eligible for Kansas licensure. Completion of a district generated online application is required to be considered for the position. To complete the application process for certified positions, applicants are asked to submit an official up-to-date college transcript and letters of recommendation. The applicant should feel free to submit any additional information that may benefit the applicant’s candidacy. Salary is commensurate with experience and based on the Master Collective Bargaining Agreement. Health insurance and Section 125 benefits are available. Benefits include: Health Insurance, Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, Sick and Personal Leave.

Elementary Principal (posted 5/26/2017)
USD 407 is accepting applications for an Elementary Principal at Bickerdyke Elementary Schools beginning with the 2018-2019 school year. 
Bickerdyke Elementary School houses grades 2-5 with an enrollment of approximately 275 students.

USD 407 is accepting applications for a Gifted Facilitator for the district beginning with the 2018-2019 school year.

USD 407 is accepting applications for  a full-time school psychologist to work with students in grades K-12.

USD 407 is accepting applications for a Special Education Teacher for the district beginning with the 2018-2019 school year.

Bus Driver  (posted 10/06/2017)
USD 407 is accepting applications for a bus driver. Special licence endorsement is required. The district is willing to work with any individual interested in obtaining the necessary endorsement. Elementary Technology Facilitator (posted 6/21/2018)
USD 407 is accepting applications for an Elementary Technology Teacher at Simpson and Bickerdyke Elementary Schools beginning with the 2018-2019 school year. Successful candidate will be working with students in grades K-5.

Paraeducators (posted 5/15/2018)
USD 407 is accepting applications for paraeducators at all levels beginning with the 2018-2019 school year. In addition to having a high school diploma, paraeducators must pass a competency test accepted by the Kansas Department of Education or posses 48 hours of completed college credits. Competency testing will be provided and monitored through the USD 407 Special Education Department.

Substitutes
USD 407 is accepting applications for substitute staff to fill in on an as needed basis for contracted positions. Substitute staff members fill vital roles in the district and are secured on a daily basis. Substitutes are needed for the following classified positions:
