Key Club is a service organization that volunteers to work at many school and community events. It works with the Noon Kiwanis Club at the Salvation Army Concession Stand, the Junior Olympics, the Pancake Feed, the Halloween Parade, and the Easter Egg Hunt. Key Club members also assist at the Dream Theatre on Sunday nights. Key Club organizes and promotes 2 community blood drives which are held at Russell High School. We sell the advertising for the football and basketball programs as our main fund-raising project. We have donated money to many school and community projects including the Food Bank, the Russell County Community Scholarship Fund, the Rough Riders Special Olympics and the Booster Club. We have also provided Kleenex® and heavy duty fans for the classrooms at Russell High School.
