BES 5th Grade Social Studies
BES 5th graders completed an activity in which they were to create a tear map of the world. They were to tear out the shapes of the seven continents and place them correctly on a piece of blue construction paper. They were required to show and label the equator and the Prime Meridian, label each continent, identify the location of the four major oceans, and provide a compass rose. If you visit BES, you will see them hung in the 5th grade hallway throughout this week!
